what environment changes stuck for you?
Hey all, Sam here. Been around this rodeo a while - did therapy a few years back, mostly in maintenance now. I’m weirdly excited this community exists! early days can feel like you’re yelling into a void.
For me, two things survived the test of time:
swapped the bathroom bulb to something warmer/softer (the surgical spotlight vibe was not helping), and I keep cuticle oil on the sink. If I catch myself hovering, I do a quick hand massage. 60 seconds. It interrupts the autopilot.
Otherwise its ups and downs, depending on my general mood, the amount of excercise, diet etc. I learned to accept there's no magic cure to it.
